We require everyone over the age of 18 to fill out an application. You may download from above. There is a $50 processing fee per application. 

We allow small/medium pets up to 25lbs full grown, LIMIT 2 per property. There is a $500.00 NON REFUNDABLE pet fee.

 Our screening process is not just based on a credit score only - we take a comprehensive look at the overall applicant. This process has proven to be extremely successful. In general, we require a 650+ credit score and no prior evictions or issues with any other property management company.

We have a variety of payment options available, including online and automatic draft.

We run a nationwide credit, criminal and tenant tracker check on every applicant, as well as employment verification and contacting previous landlords. We feel like tenant selection is the most important part of property management.

We provide annual 1099s along with an income/expense report for each property and owner in a timely manner, immediately after the new year.

We will coordinate with tenants and contractors for each maintenance issue and get things resolved as quickly as possible. Owners will be provided paid invoices each month for any and all repairs completed.

We pay by direct deposit by the 10th of each month.
